Agronomy Regional Sales Manager
Two positions:
1. Eastern Iowa/Northern Illinois
2. Eastern Nebraska/Western Iowa
You will be responsible for spending time in the country calling on producers direct as well as in cooperation with dealers. You will provide sound soil product nutritional and management consultation to enhance bottom line profitability. You will maintain and grow the products, and agronomy skills to effectively grow value added sales in this market as well as assist with the market strategy development with the team and management.
A high level of knowledge is required in the following areas: product, product storage and handling, nutritional application, problem solving, sales promotion and marketing.
You’ll also play a major part in the communication between Sales Staff, Technical Team and Marketing to ensure the needed product information is provided to ensure market development and growth. Additionally, you will interact with other professionals in the industry, academia and government.
This position requires travel; truck, laptop, cellphone provided. Need to be located in sales area.
Salary starts at 75k with a bonus potential of another 50k. Benefits include health, dental and life insurance, 401(k).
Requirement:
Strong understanding of applied soil and crop management; familiarity with the agronomy industry; industry experience/marketplace knowledge, prior sales experience with a proven track record in developing new accounts, working knowledge of proper soil and crop management. A strong agricultural business aptitude, understanding of nutrient analytical testing and interpretation of results is preferred. The successful candidate will have superior verbal and written communication skills, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and have computer literacy with email, Word, Excel, Power Point, must be able to multi-task, prioritize, work under deadlines and function well as part of a team.

Forage Product Regional Sales Manager
Upper Midwest Region
Candidate has the responsibility of growing forage product sales in the company’s Upper Midwest Sales Region (Wisconsin, N Illinois, N Iowa, Minnesota and E South Dakota). Seeking candidate with extensive forage production and management knowledge with excellent communication skills, detail oriented and highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
While selling and servicing forage products to both dealer and end-user is the main focus, the applicant has to develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the company’s forage products and of the forage industry’s network. The position also requires assisting with new forage product development, planning and executing customer meetings and training sessions as well as serving as a member of the company’s forage team.
Overseeing Forage Product salesmen and keeping sales numbers high for all. A BS degree plus 3 years of related experience is required. Need to have valid driver’s license. Salary 80k with potential to 100k with bonus, full benefits package. 5-6 overnight stays per month estimated, start date ASAP. Residence is expected to be in the company's upper Midwest sales region (Wisconsin, N Illinois, N Iowa, Minnesota and South Dakota.
Mechanic Needed ASAP
Sioux Falls, SD
We need multiple mechanics with hands on experience. ASE Certified Master Mechanic a plus but not necessary. This is a position that is also open to new tech graduates if they also have experience and show solid work ethic. You will be servicing brakes, tires and doing all general vehicle mechanic work.
The full-time position is located in Sioux Falls. 5 day work week with 11 hour days, 7am-6pm or 8am-7pm. Saturday work is possible but limited to emergencies.
Pay: Depending on experience $20-$25, overtime pay after 40 hours is time and a half.
Benefits: 2 week vacation, 3% employer match to retirement account. Tools may be provided for entry level candidates but having your own tools is preferred.

First year sales goals are 1000 corn, 5000 beans, a couple mil. fertilizer. As your base salary, pay would be between 70K - 85K, depending on experience and could be higher for the right person.
